The Care Builders team from the executives, scheduling, staff are incredible. A family member entered hospice a few days before Christmas and they were able to schedule everyone almost immediately! It was a godsend. We found them very, very responsive and great to work with from a business perspective. Highly recommend.

We engaged home health services for our mother who was recovering after hip surgery. She needed help with meals, showers, and daily cares. We met with Joel, who completed the intake assessment. We made sure that Joel knew there were two cats living in the home. Day 1 - Aide was one hour late, and did not have her lunch, slippers or gloves to provide bathroom assistance if needed. In the above mentioned family situation, we took the following actions: -The first caregiver (who had worked with clients who had cats in the past), was required to complete additional customer service training before returning to a direct care position, and is no longer seeing clients.
