Got tested the wednesday after Christmas. Did the PCR test, they said I would get the results back within 7 days. I got an email today 1/25 - almost four weeks later saying that they could not read my results because the sample wasn’t viable. What it really sounds like is that they lost my sample or did not test it in time and were unable to get a result. I am not surprised it says temporarily closed.
Went around 3pm on a Wednesday with around 15 people ahead of me. After 30 min I grabbed a rapid kit and in less than 2 days got My results via email.
Took a test with my 2 kids on the 29th and never received our results. I’ve called and texted multiple times with no response.They took driver license information and our swabs but then disappeared with no results reported. Total scam! Now they have a bunch of peoples identifications and addresses. Scary!!!
