Come in with GERD issues. Made an appt. They tell me to leave n go to the hospital. When I tell them I'm not going to the hospital for heart burn, they then lie n tell me they don't take Medicaid. There was no one else in the waiting room. If you're not willlimg to help ppl, get out of the health care industry.
Scheduled a DOT physical at their Charleston location, went in and was told we would have to drive 18 miles to the Henderson location for a DOT physical. They do not specify on their website that DOT physical exams are only performed at their Henderson location. Update: Went to Henderson to get DOT physical for my MMC, paid $100 for the physical on 5/9/2026. I later learned that a certain specific form needed to be completed instead of the DOT physical form. Amazing experience, it's a small office so it feels more like a one on one approach like the old days. My provider was very informative and showed empathy which made me feel like my health and wellness truly mattered. I won't see anyone else. 10 out of 10
A great humble place. It's nothing flashy, but inexpensive and quick. I highly recommend it, of you live in the neighborhood.
