Care Well of Charlotte is a great place to work. The owners and management are very caring, family oriented, and supportive people. They make all employees and individuals they serve feel like family. I would recommend Care Well to anyone.
Business now on WT Harris. Current “manager”/QP starts off friendly and semi professional.to get your business but then it goes downhill from there. Makes promises but doesn’t deliver and takes forever to follow through if at all. VERY disorganized and uncommunicative. No service recovery.. If the owners want to salvage their company they should definitely make some changes asap.
