I will never go out here again or another OSF. I was involved in a minor fender bender but my lower back was bothering me and I wanted to get it checked out as a precautionary measure. It is normal to get back pain after you’ve been hit. The doctor was so unknowledgeable and rude. She really didn’t do anything for me; she just basically told me to ice it and take ibuprofen. I went to this facility on 8/20/1925 for treatment. I received excellent treatment. The people there are the best of the best. The best Urgent Care that I have been to.
This is the best Urgent Care facility around. The receptionist was great. The health care providers were great. The treatment I received was the absolute best. I have been at this facility before and it's the only Urgent Care facility that I will go to in the future.
