If I could give zero stars I would. PLEASE stay away from this co. I have been checking out places that could help with the care of my father and this is one I came across. The female officer manager was so high out of her mind that she kept talking in circles, sniffling and very in and out of the conversation. If this is allowed in the office I do not want to see who they would send to help with my father. Please do your research when it comes to your loved ones. They canceled the 4 days before the wedding where we had booked help for my great aunt. Our family booked months in advance and even confirm the week before. Thank God we found another business to accommodate our needs or this would have been devastating for our family. I can’t imagine having to tell our aunt that she wasn’t going to be able to attend her grandson’s wedding because of this.
I am so upset right now with this company!!! I spoke to the owner Pat a few months back about having a caregiver drive my 90 year old aunt to my son’s wedding 4 hours away. He said it was no problem, and the cost was $250 per day. I would pay for gas, meals, hotel. I called in April to confirm, and he said all was good. I called on July 3 and spoke to Kelly.
