Sometimes you get a good advocate that truly wants to help—helps with forms, sharing resources offered, attending court. My best advice would be to advocate for yourself. The employees aren't the best to work with and upper management is non-responsive. As a DV survivor, I could have really used EPEC's help (support, referrals to other agencies) but it seems like just another program looking to get numbers to justify their funding without actually offering any services. EPEC failed me.
I spoke to someone who said they would have someone call me to maybe help my situation Well I never received that call! The reason for my call should have been of top priority but the local and state curruption I guess is getting them too! Don't trust anyone here it doesn't look good!

This place is a joke. I don’t recommend. They say they care but their actions say otherwise. Was told I would have a phone call check in every Thursday with my advocate. Well that never happened. Never followed up or checked in with me. Never answered my texts either. Felt rejected and ignored. Seriously do better and get people that do care.
