Staff is very kind. Shartese will handle any all concerns and get back with you just as she says.
This is a terrible home health. Their nurses do not know what they are doing. I have complained about Faith multiple times this time I was told maybe I should get a different Home Health. So you know what, I did! The Dr that comes into my dads house to take care of his wound vac has said she doesn’t know what she’s doing, but if you try to talk to her she says”I’ve been a nurse for 18 years I know how to do it”. Excellent care
Nurses come once a week and do nothing more than take vitals. Was in such a hurry to get out the door that they missed symptoms in my father who was later admitted with a GI bleed and a UTI infection. And that was the supervisor who stopped by. Very poor care
