If you have not gone to Care Plus for your Chiropractic needs... you have to. You simply must :) I drive all the way from Fredericksburg because he literally HEALS you. I had flare ups for years from two bulging disks and some degenerating disk. I've been on muscle relaxers, pain meds and then sent off to have back surgery which I refused to do. I wish there was a ten star option. Dr. Seivers and his team make me feel amazing... And I do my best in between visits to make sure they have a challenge every time, ha! I recommend them to everyone I know.
