So very disappointing. They don’t have their act together. Was so excited to get their services (palliative care) and then learned he didn’t qualify after ALL the work and hassle.

I am still reeling from the loss of my husband, but what compounded it was the complete lack of communication in the hours after he passed at midnight. They been in business 40 years and still providing the warm loving care for their clients. They have a social worker and nurse as part of their staff. As a way of giving back to the community they have a large room for meetings for office parties.

While we got off to a bad start with communication, Care Partners really came through for my husband in his final days. The nurses are absolute angels, providing the best care with such compassion. They responded quickly to all my calls, answered all my questions, and provided much-needed support for me.

My husband is in hospice now, and has been for a week. While the nurses who come out are absolute angels and provide the very best care, the administration is a nightmare. Total lack of communication, broken promises. Still have not had a technician out to help with personal care. At a time when family is going through the worst time of their lives, a more supportive care team would be appreciated.
