We were with them since 2017 for my oldest and they were great until this last February. They did have a couple replacement OTs and speech therapists in that time and it always went smoothly. In February, our speech therapist had a baby and her replacement came. She was new but seemed unsure of what to do. We had two co-sessions with her and the OT as was what we normally did.
