We can absolutely recommend Care on Call for the excellent care they provide, and also their experience, responsiveness and flexibility. My mother was in need of day-to-day assistance, but the level of assistance and the number of hours was a moving target. The situation was complicated because she was often non-compliant due to dementia. Care on Call met all of our scheduling requests, including last-minute overnight coverage just before the holidays. Care on call provided care service for mom for 4 months. The caregivers were professional, always arrived on time, have patience. They are always accommodating. We are very pleased with their service and grateful.

Care on Call was an absolute lifesaver when we needed a full-time companion for my elderly mother who has late stage dementia. All of the companions were so patient and caring and really knew how to deal with her mood swings and behaviors. The home office team was so compassionate and proactive, and made sure that we had 24x7 coverage for more than a month. We have used Care on Call In Home care to help our elderly mother several times over the past four years. Kay the manager has always gotten us great caregivers on a moments notice when my mother has needed them. Mom has liked all her caregivers there unlike other agencies we have tried. Hermie, Marsalla, Avia, Flora and the others treated my mother with respect and kept her happy along with giving great care. We will continue to use Care on Call whenever mom needs them in the future.

We can't say enough good things about Dale and Mel, two care givers from Care-on-Call who cared for my elderly father. Dale had been taking care of my dad on the weekends for over a year. We always felt my father had excellent care and he enjoyed her company. When my father came home from the hospital for Hospice care, Dale was an amazing resource for both my father and the family.
