Two days AGO I went in for help I was sick and unsure what was wrong and I told the lady at front desk my symptoms and because I had 2 symptoms that could possibly be covid related I had to leave! I then went home and tried to sleep it off and it got worse so I went to the emergency room come to find I was close to a diabetic coma. NOT EVERYTHING IS COVID RELATED !!! OH AND I TESTED NEGATIVE FOR COVID
RecommendedHelpful and friendly staff. They looked after me very well and I was on my back home in an hour.

HORRIBLE customer service. Tiesha, or whatever her name is on clinical, is a complete and total b****. Learn how to talk to people. You guys are slow to get to patients as well when there’s NOBODY else waiting. I just don’t understand. I never leave reviews unless they’re good/great but you guys really did it this morning. 0/10
Excellent service and staff , respectful and caring !
The front desk personnel, Tawana, was friendly, pleasant and attentive. She assisted me with completing registration in a most timely manner, as I was in extreme pain on my right side. The tech, Sonya, that took my vital signs reviewed my information and asked questions pertaining to all symptoms, was warm and caring. PA, Jonathan, was thorough to ensure I received optimal care and follow up, and the tech, that performed my xray was delicate and empathetic.
