They prescribe meds that make you sicker then don't returnm your phone calls and when your able to return to the office the doctor treats you as if the side affects of the meds are a figment of your imagination. When the side affects l'm experiencing are clearly stated on the meds information sheet.So I paid CareNow $166(with insurance)to make me sicker. DON'T go there.
Recommendedthere are very nice from the time you walk until you leave you're never bored they television in the waiting room.Tawana and Ryan took good care of me thank you guys
They were very professional, very efficient, very nice and very attentive. I was sick and couldn't get into see my doctor, but needed to see someone sooner than later. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes to see a doctor. I would recommend them to any one. Keep up the great work.
Went in knowing I had strep (I’m an ER nurse and have had strep a billion times) and I had a newborn at home with a 3 yr old whom I didn’t want to get sick. I waited forever to get back and then for the doctor (one other person in the waiting room) just to be told I was wrong, it wasn’t strep and the doctor couldn’t see “anything” on my tonsils after I knew there were white pockets on there (every time I get strep). Let me start off saying tawana at the front was. Very polite and professional but the lady doctor was terrible i went in there dying of the flu and she refused to give me meds even after i told her I’ve been trying over the counter meds for 3 days i even told tawana i needed to speak to someone else and the same lady came back in and refused to give me meds again rude and unprofessional on top of all that they charged me for my visit. Terrible i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone go somewhere else folks Still sick 😷
The front desk manager needs customer service training. All of the other staff were professional and nice.
My wife was in and out in 33 minutes. Treated for strep throat. Efficient, effective and excellent care. Thank you CareNow! it was a blessing👍🏻
I was in today with a toddler who obviously had an achy year and was crying… The doctor had no personality and of course my son would be uncooperative because you’re trying to stick something in his ear… So we left with no treatment other than use a warm compress and try the humidifier because it’s just your wax… I was not happy with her diagnosis so I went to Summerville medical… Where they were extremely happy and pleasant and took the time to look into my sons year and found he had an ear infection… Thank you for the misd... read more
Very slow for getting DOT physical. Very unorganized. Untrained. Did not appreciate how front desk ladies were talking to each other. Couldn’t make change for me to make my payment.
