Possibly one of the worst pharmacies within Rhode Island. The pharm-techs consistently try to charge me $20 for non-deductible insurance covered RXs. This is because they scan the wrong NDC and don’t understand formularies, based on their actions. They seemingly refuse to use the one written on script (try to scan a x2 2.5ml instead of the script written x1 5ml), etc… This has been called out/corrected several refills/months in a row, and I have had to wait for them to back-order it because they didn’t do it on RX refill req... read more
