My father-in-law has parkinsons. He needs help with most of the daily tasks now. We have Care Mountain live-in care team for his care. We chose Care Mountain because they spent a lot of time understanding teh care needs and in planning dad's care. My mother stays with me every winter for four months. She stays with my sister in New York the rest of the year. I work full time WFH so I have had Care Mountain caregivers for the last three year to take care of her. Each year they have sent a different person and every time I have been happy with the quality of care. Care Mountain caregivers are top notch. My grandmother recently started waking up night. One night she tried walk to the bathroom without her walker and had a fall. She doesn't remember why she did that. Thankfully, it was a badly sprained ankle but nothing broken, but we got worried. We hired Care Mountain because they had provided care for my sister's mother in law before. My Mom has mid stage Parkinson’s progression and we brought her back home from an assisted living facility last year. She is mobile with a walker and also has Osteoporosis.Transfers are harder with her. Since last July, Care Mountain’s caregivers, and physical therapists have worked so well to take care of her.
