My mother stays with me every winter for four months. She stays with my sister in New York the rest of the year. I work full time WFH so I have had Care Mountain caregivers for the last three year to take care of her. Each year they have sent a different person and every time I have been happy with the quality of care. Care Mountain caregivers are top notch. My grandmother recently started waking up night. One night she tried walk to the bathroom without her walker and had a fall. She doesn't remember why she did that. My Mom has mid stage Parkinson’s progression and we brought her back home from an assisted living facility last year. She is mobile with a walker and also has Osteoporosis.Transfers are harder with her. Since last July, Care Mountain’s caregivers, and physical therapists have worked so well to take care of her. Care Mountain has been a great partner for us. We hired their caregivers for my aunt. She lives by herself in the North Dallas area. She has difficulty balancing when she walks. She has a walker but she needs someone next to her to avoid a fall. We have 24/7 lived in type care. Not sure what it is called. But there are two ladies that tag team for her care. Mom has Alzheimer's and we hired Care Mountain for caregiving services several months ago. We recently moved mom to a memory care facility. Care Mountain has been amazing throughout this journey. Gagan went out of the way to be available to us for advice and support during this tough transition. We were hoping to keep mom at home longer but her condition progressed faster than we hoped. We hope mom gets the same quality care at the facility that she did at home with Care Mountain. I will definitely recommend them.
