They don't know how to read your medical insurance and ended up costing me $700 in extra bills because they sent me to the wrong lab. Then, I get a call from them asking for money for a missed payment on a visit ... yet before I left EVERY TIME I asked the dumb idiots whether I owed anything and payed the requested amount.
