As the Director of Health and Wellness at a local Assisted Living Facility, I can’t say enough good things about Care Initiatives Hospice. They are always available when called upon, even with last minute referrals. Their community liaison, Shari, is always so kind and eager to provide services if needed.
Care initiatives has some of the most caring people you could ask for. Shari does her absolute best for each family she serves and the nursing staff are very quick to respond to thoes under thier care.
Lisa Cleland and her team were so professional,kind, and compassionate. They made the most difficult time in our lives easier to manage. They were efficient, attentive, and always available when we needed them.
When I say Care Initiatives is a God send, it’s because we prayed so hard for guidance and help with our grandmother. Care initiatives recognized the heartbreak and frustrations we were experiencing and went above and beyond our expectations and cared for not only my grandma, but our family as well. We know losing someone is extremely difficult, but the staff did everything they could to ensure our grandma was comfortable and surrounded by her family so she may finally go in peace.
