The company steals money from the employees! They wanted me to work for an entire month before I got my first check!!! What company ever does that?? They also don't pay you for the 8 hrs of online training you do in orientation and thereafter. I was supposed to get paid 15.50 an hr. when I finally got paid a month later it was 7.25 hr. They stole half my check!! Well because I'm a Christian woman I will just forget that it ever happened. Just be careful who you work for.
Love working at Care in Motion....the staff is very professional and caring. Everyone works together as a team which is very nice.
I love how care in motion goes above and beyond to make sure clients are well cared for , comfortable , and are happy. The owners are very amazing and understanding and even get in the field if needed. If you’re looking for a good company to get your care needs met, this is it!
I have been an employee for a little over a year. This company, the owners, and other employees are truly amazing they treat you like family, respectful, understanding. They offer many things that are very helpful. They offer classes for other lineces in home health. We now can work in Illinois. I hope I'm with them for a really long time. If you're looking for an amazing company to work for this is it.
We've had many home care agencies before and this is, by far, the best agency we've ever been with. Couldn't say enough about the owners and the staff. Thank you so much!
