Leads (if they can be called that) are of poor quality...wrong numbers, disconnected numbers, phone turned off, people who can't afford private pay services. Have wasted over $400.
We do not recommend this agency. We paid for the more expensive leads that were supposed to be vetted thoroughly and unfortunately we received the same quality of leads. The agents do not care about resolving any complaints or issues you have with the leads. They just ignore you, I tried complaining several times so that they could make this right. I highly suggest you go to Caring.com they have much better leads and give you information regarding the leads so you know they attempted to thoroughly find out about the clients ... read more
Lead closure rate is 0%. We use Care in Homes for our Home Health Agency and it is a waste of time. Leads are not verified. We receive wrong numbers, caregivers looking for a job or people inquiring about Medicaid and Medicare services.
