I thought this would be a good resource for extra help for my parents, but it has proven otherwise. I feel like I got more help from the very nice receptionist who directs the calls and sends out emails to the case workers. Have not gotten a return call about the girl not showing up and help for my dad has-not even started. I was also told we would get help with my moms meds and how to get dad signed up with the VA. Nothing. Not happy at all with this service and don’t even know how to proceed from here.
I have been a client of care license now for over 3 years there ability to navigate so social Service not work is excellent. They help in every way they can and are always striving to find another way to help. Always done with compassion and concern they are the finest. Without their help I would not be able to live alone.
