This is not a gentle care company. If you are looking for gentle care try Halo Specialized Care or Peggy's Home Care, smaller companies who have case managers checking on the caregivers weekly.This company pays their staff very low and it shows. I work in healthcare and I am also a client. This review is on a public platform with the intention to help others in need. Take time getting to know your caregiver beyond the company face. Care From The Heart has been very supportive with helping us navigate how to care for our our 90-year-old parent. They have shared their expertise and have provided us with quality caregivers. I highly recommend Care From The Heart if you have an aging parent who needs assistance.

Care From The Heart has consistently stepped in for my family multiple times over the years, often with next to no notice and they have never failed to deliver. I work long hours and can’t stay with my mom during the day. She’s elderly, has limited mobility and has various health issues both acute and chronic. Jackie really does her best to accommodate and cover every minute of coverage you need. My family has been utilizing Care From The Heart’s (CFTH) in-home care assistance since 2023 for our mother/grandmother who is in her 90’s & afflicted with dementia. Our introduction to this agency was, by necessity, rapid & they have been highly responsive from the get-go — all as a result of the untimely demise of our mom’s husband & prior care-giver. Our family can't say enough good things about Care from the Heart. Jackie and her team of kind and skilled carers have been there for us and our loved one when we needed her most. They have gone above and beyond what was asked of them. The care really is from the heart. Highly recommended.
