Never finish job. Multiple roof leaks. Called several times . Owner would not come out and look. After a year of no returned calls, had to get leaks fixed by a professional. Do not pay these people until you have had a good rain.
Well they did good work mostly but for 30K I expected patio doors that lock like they should and screen doors that lock like they should. In addition, the screen doors have have a one-inch gap when the sceen door is shut and the patio door is open. These one-inch gaps allow all sorts of bugs and critters into our sunroom -- so the screen doors are almost useless and of cheap quality as well. After we paid them final payment we found these problems the same day. Called them and they came out and said they'd fix these problems... read more
