Horrendous!! I can't even sign into the websites! And yes that's plural! One site can't even be reached, and two of the others claim not to have my information. Yet I've signed in in the past!! It's always been an issue! 0 stars if I could! this is 2026 btw

I have had wonderful experiences with Carefirst Medicaid for my sons. My youngest guest is autistic and his care manager with them is a the best. They have always provided tons of resources. Not to mention they paid for my son’s Cubby bed! That was a HUGE blessing. It took me from switching MCO from UHC to Carefirst and then about another year or so to get it approved.
