Just had my second visit with Dr. Chevez. She actually takes the time to listen and help with the diagnosis of my health concerns. She took the time to go over my full health history and make a clear plan for my health, including medication management. I have always struggled with having a doctor that I would have to practically pull out any information or helpful advice. Thank you, Dr. Chevez!
The Care Family Health Center is very nice. This facility is clean, well-maintained, and situated in a safe environment. I thoroughly enjoy visiting the office for my appointments.
I love Dr.Faria!! She is so attentive and truly shows that she cares!! I have had PCOS for years without knowing and when I came to her with my concerns she took the necessary steps to get down to the bottom of my symptoms and now I’m on the road getting my symptoms under control!

Dr. Chevez was amazing. She is patient, attentive and listeners to your concerns. She was quick and had great communication during the procedure I had done. Reception was managed by Maria who was great at checking me in and out. She also had great customer service. I cannot recommend this provider enough, amazing service.
