Entered name and insurance information incorrectly which caused a major issue with billing. Subsequently this office refused to correct the issue even though I showed up in person. Instead they just told me to call customer service, which insists the original office has to handle the problem, which they again refuse, citing being too busy. Now in an endless loop that can’t be resolved until this office will agree to correct their mistake. Which does not look promising.
This Kaiser lab is conveniently located in downtown SF. Near transportation and offices. It was easy to get to, easy to get care. I was in and out in less than 15 mins.
Terrible service! The person at the entrance make sure everyone knows what testing you are having and then he just provided a bag. When I asked for more information how to use it, he said “it’s in the bathroom”
Didn't know this clinic existed and I live a 15 minute walk from there. Made appointment for blood tests and flu vax which were done quickly and expertly. High marks for the nice people working there.
