Thank you Care Connection for putting the right people with my mom. The aides have been amazing getting to know my mom with the care and compassion they show. I would like to give the biggest praise and gratitude to Beth. She has been nothing less than amazing with every step she takes to take care of my mom. She has been our angel on earth to say the least. Care connection should know that Beth is their biggest treasure.
Beth goes above and beyond every time I speak with her. She is so compassionate and truly cares about my family and I. It is so nice when someone does everything they can for you especially during this challenging time for my family. I would highly recommend this company.
I LOVE this agency. Initially I was impressed by their incredible responsiveness even with my own changing situation and needs. They were totally on it. The aides they've found have been paragons of compassion and professionalism. Beth and Jennifer continue to be compassionate and poised and responsive even during an 11pm emergency - I'm so happy I found this agency.
