Amazing to deal with. Responds quickly and helps work with us and the needs of our parents. Also very willing to adjust schedule as needed. All caregivers assigned have been great. I would recommend to everyone.

As a caregiver! I say don't work for this company the owner is not professional she gets in the family drama & there is no hours if your client dies or doesn't want service. She hires to many caregiver doesn't like giving overtime & she doesn't check back grounds drug test you & she just hires anybody! There no office & no communication skills at all... She'll leave you unread!!! That's my opinion thanks
Worked with Care Connect for 3 years. Wonderful staff and they encourage clients to be as active as possible, they don’t just let your loved one just sit around all day. If there are any concerns the staff is always easy to talk with about issues with your loved one. They helped make my life easier and kept my mom active.
