Definitely good people that listen and want to help..
Had been great up til now. My med doses were dropped and was no longer effective. My appt last Thursday it was suggested that I try a different medication, both amphetamines. I was never told at my 10am appt about needing a prior authorization. I found out after callin the clinic later that afternoon, that I needed to fill out a form from the website and submit which i did (i was told by someone on the phone that it could take up to a MONTH before I could get my meds!!!)
