Doctor Benjelloun is pretty awesome. She cares about her patients and seems extremely genuine. But unfortunately the practice is unorganized, getting ahold of anyone is basically impossible. If you must, email seems to be the best option. Multiple times I would sign on to my appointment to have the check-in receptionist tell me they need to reschedule. As a busy professional, I was hesitant, but the care clinic's online addiction treatment has been a blessing. Their approach and telemed option made my recovery so much easier. Would highly recommend them for sure.
