DO NOT TRUST THIS BILLING DEPARTMENT. I have reached out to them for months now begging for a full detailed statement of my billing account and have never heard back from them. They randomly charged me $145 and never gave me an explanation as to why. They wait to the day you are supposed to be seeing the doctor to spring random “past due balances” on you. My first appointment was incredible! I loved Dr. Aurora, and he really listened to me. The receptionist was sweet. Apparently, Dr. Aurora was the one over the program, and I was supposed to meet with a Dr. Pickstone, but he was unavailable. I loved Dr. Aurora!! They get 1 star for that! The second time, I got Dr. Pickstone, and it was hard to hear him, there were technical difficulties (even though I'm tech savvy), and because they are *so rigid* on their policies (and I don't just mean Schedule I and II meds), that they won... read more

I paid the fee to arrange for an appointment, but ultimately decided with another team. I called shortly after to ask for a refund and I am still waiting for over a month for that. The billing or any management has never contacted me and nothing is being done.
