The virtual appointments are so streamlined. Everyone, from the coordinar checking you in, to the doctors listening to your needs, and even the checking out process is smooth. Highly recommended
Dr.Hicks is amazing. Years ive never had a doctor who truly listened and agreed and understood what I was saying. She didnt dismiss me or blow me off she truly listened and has given me so much hope.
The billing department doesn’t respond and have charged me incorrectly for multiple visits I have made multiple attempts to reach them via phone, voice mail and email The supervisor I have left messages for to help with this matter has also not responded and the lack of response and communication has been a nightmare. This directly impacts and affects patient care negatively.
Jannette speaks clearly and politely on the phone. It would have been easier for me to pursue medical self care if other receptionists communicated half as professionally as she does. I have rejected mental health care occasionally throughout the past ten years simply because of the attitude of the customer service staff at various other mental health offices in different locations. It is a shame other companies can't or won't prioritize patient communication to the level of excellence the Care Clinic does in Melbourne.
Used them for telehealth, it’s been a nightmare. Too busy, understaffed, can’t reschedule, never get notification reminders for appointments. They really try and squeeze every penny out of you for copays, missed appointments, impossible to reschedule, call and get voicemail, the list goes on
