You can't beat the services offered at Care Chiropractic and Acupuncture. Dr. Sophia has a great bedside manner and really listens to understand my issues and address my needs. My lower back pain is almost non-existent thanks to her. Bring on the long car rides! I have also participated in The Myers Method of Weight Loss. The program's combination of diet, accountability and acupuncture left me feeling better than I have ever felt. If you are considering it, JUST DO IT!
