this Clinic is very unprofessional they act like they know what's best for your dog even though they prescribe medications that don't work on your dog and then want t to send you the medicine again this place is horrible I do not recommend it cannot walk in their business do not give them the money
The staff here is very compassionate. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our dog and didn't rush us. They made sure we had privacy and explained everything to us.
I needed a veterinarian to see my puppy, Yoda, and everywhere I called said I couldn’t get in for a month or more. I was able to get Yoda in the same day I called. The staff was very attentive to his needs and performed necessary tests to try to find out what is wrong. His blood test came back with elevated kidney enzymes so I was asked to bring him in to get a urinalysis done to rule out other issues. I will definitely be bringing him back as needed.
When we moved to Visalia two years ago we knew we needed a vet asap as our golden retriever needed continuation of his meds. After reading many reviews online we decided to bring Eldridge here. We have never regretted it! Dr Johnson is wonderful and makes us feel as though our pet is the only pet in the world. When urgent things come up, we are seen within a day or so and is so willing to bend to our sometimes crazy schedule. My Dex was having urinary problems. I was told by another vet that it was okay to wait. After speaking to some friends, they recommended that I have him seen sooner. Care at the Courtyard wasted no time squeezing him in on clearly a busy day to have him seen immediately. From the receptionist, the techs and the veterinarian the experience was such a pleasant one! The staff is so friendly from the moment you walk in the door. I have 3 kittens and they did so well with the vets/staff here. They are very thorough with their exams, and are a great help with medications and providing any information we need for our fur babies. Yes, they cost a little more than other vets I've been to, but it is worth every penny IMO to have my babies well cared for. Thank you! <3
