The staff is very friendly and thorough.
I found the waiting room clean and spacious and the staff friendly and cheerful, and felt positive with my first encounter. This was my first visit and I didn’t feel a connection to the vet (don’t remember her name) who saw my Lucy. She was not friendly and lacked interest in my concern over what I came in for (hip pain), and did not offer options like suggesting an x-ray to ease my concern. Just brought in my somewhat poorly behaved, loud, bitey (we're working on it!) rescue puppy to have some skin issues looked at, and they handled him amazingly! Thank you Dr. Peterson and all the staff. We haven't been to any vets around here before so we were a little nervous going to a new place, but I'm soooo happy we chose this one! Really nice staff and the doctor is very clear and kind to my pet!
My dog, Rolo, was diagnosed with allergies and a heart condition. They gave Rolo the best care possible and I have been very pleased with there services. They gave Rolo his 2nd shot of allergy medicine today and he seems much better. He’s stopped chewing on himself and is sneezing a lot less. We are both happy with his care.
