This is the only place I will ever take my dogs. For the last 18 years, I have brought all of my animals to care in the courtyard. While all of the doctors and staff are fantastic, I am extremely brand loyal. Dr. Peterson is my absolute favorite.
I had a very mixed experience with this facility during a stressful situation. I called because I found an injured cat in the road and needed urgent guidance. The first representative I spoke with was very dismissive. When she asked to put me on hold, I explicitly told her "no" because of the urgency of the situation, yet she placed me on hold anyway. Called on a Wednesday morning needed to take my dog in asap for a medical condition. The staff were super friendly and able to squeeze him in the same day. During his visit my German Shepherd (Tank) was greeted and seen right away. The Dr. diagnosed him after getting blood work done.He was given the treatment he needed the next day. Staff was very informative of all the questions that I had regarding his treatment and his journey on his recovery. Thank you to all staff at the Care At The Courtyard Clinic! Love Tank
Felt confident with all staff and their course of action. Exams test lab work X-rays and medications add up quick but were given options and choices made were justified by staff explaining to me of the actions needed to be taken. Outstanding communication of results of what was found and treatment to be taken.
I've been going to Care At the Courtyard since 1994. They've taken care of all 5 of my dog's throughout the years, and even my parents 4 dog's! They're simply the best, most compassionate veterinarians around! Their deep concern for your pet's well-being, is unmatched, anywhere! They take care of your pet, like it was one of their own!
