Recently, I had to work with Care at Home to provide care for my mother. The nurse case manager team was very resourceful and helpful. They responded promptly and ensured that all communication with me and the family was maintained throughout the process. They are a great team and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for support for their loved ones.
I am incredibly impressed with our Care giver for my Father from Care at Home. She is kind, caring and compassionate. He is so much happier since she started working with him. She is not just a caregiver, she is a friend. She gardens with him, goes through photo albums, walks and ensures that he has his favorite snacks on hand for his hockey games. :) It has taken a huge load off of my plate, as I don't worry about him as much as he is so well taken care of.
