My experience with Shontrell has been horrible. She was paid to provide care for 5 days/8 hours a day and she didn't provide not one day of care or the services that is included in the price she charged. She caused me over 1200 dollar to receive the proper care at a recovery home + supplies. On top of the money, she took from me and denied giving me a refund. I am currently perusing legal actions. What a wonderful company and the owners really go out of their way to ensure that your love one is taken care of unlike most company many all the help i received for my dad was completely free, Shontrell who is the owner would not even allow me to tip her. She stayed with me every step of the way from the time my dad got out the hospital and help me find an affordable assisted living for him. She is honest and i recommend her services to all.
