Care America provided an effective and professional service. Our caregiver was extremely competent and physically strong, which was essential given my wife's limited mobility. I felt completely comfortable leaving my wife in her care. She was kind and understanding toward my wife. The only downside was that she maintained a distant and somewhat defensive manner in her communication with me.
Care America was a true godsend during a very difficult time for our loved one who was facing serious health challenges, and from the very beginning, we were met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. My 89-year-old mom had a back operation and needed full time care for a couple of weeks during recovery. The three caregivers who came from Care America Homecare did a great job both with helping my mom recover and with finding things to do when she was resting. They also ran her through her PT exercises each day. We were very satisfied.
Look them up! You won't be dissappointed!
They have well organized and well screened team of staffs for our home care needs.
