They did the right thing.... I had taken my chihuahua out to potty on Jan 8, 2017. Due to my bones being in bad shape, I took a step and my ankle broke in 4 places as well as shoved part of my ankle out of place. It was 13 degrees outside. Thank goodness my sister was here. She called Care Ambulance, as that who my insurance pays for. They are 20 minutes away. However, upon arriaval to the hospital where my relative was transported from a nursing home, I discovered two pieces of jewlery were missing. The items were on my relative when they left the nursing home but not when he was transferred to a room. Care Ambulance or someone at Community Hospital North had to remove the items from his person. There were a few personal items in a property bag but these expensive pieces were missing. EVERYTHING they do is awesome! Great patient care. The dispatchers are Amazing, especially the ones in the evening! Please use this service, they are the best!
the first time they were used 45 minutes late to appointment with doctor. second time doctor appointment was at 2:30 pm and they came for pick up at 2;34 pm... appointment had to be cancelled because it was 45 minutes away, so would have been too late. they were called around 1:35 pm, and was told they were 5 minutes out. poor poor poor customer service. I was told by other people that they run about 30 minutes late ALL the time. I would not advise using this service I have used them the last time for sure!
