THE WORST. For seven months they sent bills to the insurance who turned down my Mom's claim. In those seven months not once was I contacted about any issues, even after calling them in March saying I hadn't received any more bills. They said all was fine. Now we're hit with a $4000 bill. If you are just interested in a companion service, then they might be ok. Otherwise, they tell you they are sending experienced caregivers and then send inexperienced caregivers or they don't show up at all. We experienced caregivers rolling incapacitated patient's head and face into bed rails, not helping patient when choking, giving medications incorrectly or not at all, caregivers who argued with patient, and caregivers who did not change patient and left him to sit in his own waste among lots of other issues.
