Very disorganized!
The staff yesterday 11/8 at World Expo In Las Vegas, NV to mention the thick black person with braids who talked to us (unreadable name tag). Instead of encouraging the client is very rude, disrespectful and impatient. The word was a "bully". We were there for more than 30 minutes and still she was not drawn blood. Instead of making it basic, routine and normal, this staff made it hard, a big deal and complicated. The client is a senior with DM and had blood drawn every year.
