Care-4-u is one of the best place I ever work at. As an employee I love that they keep us with the same clients each week which they have a limit (2) per caregiver. Our clients are happy with having the same caregivers service them . They understand the value of Consistency and Appreciation. Our Agency takes our wellbeing into consideration and avoids us from feeling overwhelmed No burn outs and mental days are acceptable. Pay is very reasonable and never an issue on weekly pay days.
Care-4-U has excellent home care service! The caregivers are kind, patient, and very professional. They treat every love one with dignity and respect and always make sure the patient needs are met. Communication is great, and they anre always on time and dependable. I highly recommend this home care company to anyone looking for trustworthy and compassionate care.
