Brittany did an awesome job with our 9-month old daughter and our 8 and 10-year old niece and nephew. We received helpful updates and the older kids had a fun time. Definitely recommend!
Didn’t have a good experience with this agency. Will not be using this next time we visit Vail. The sitter that was sent to us thought that she will put our toddlers to bed early and was a bit annoyed that my kids will not be sleeping that early especially with someone they’ve never met before. My son fell from the bed and his nose started bleeding, and overall we just didn’t have a good experience.
My family and I called a couple of agencies to find my 5 months old a nanny Monday-Friday 11 am-7 pm for the time of our vacation. The owner Ryan had a family emergency so when he got back to me I already agreed with another agency (Eagle Valley Sitter) was a HUGE mistake! Halfway through my trip, Eagle Valley Sitter said their nanny is sick and only provide me with a half-day nanny. Which means I have to cancel my other ski lessons and dinner reservation. We had an amazing sitter. She went above and beyond. Ryan was fast in helping us secure her right away. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a babysitter for their children. 5 stars all around.
