I've been fortunate to live in various cities in my life, and without a doubt, this company is the most unprofessional, unreliable, unethical, and irresponsible one I've ever encountered. Donna Cardwell, the wife of the owner, was our primary contact, and her sheer apathy and disregard for the properties to her name was unlike anything I've ever experienced. Do not expect responsible or adequate maintenance service, and do not expect this company to honor the terms of their contract, either written or verbal.
