I have been unable to get Cardone to honor the warranty provided on their parts. I have had two of their ABS modules fail prematurely. Their parts are junk and I recommend buying from another manufacturer.

Purchased a "remanufactured" steering box for 2500 Chevrolet Express that started leaking after 11K miles. Based on the phone conversation I had with one of their tech support guys, it turns out that when they receive the core return, if internal components are within factory tolerance they are reused. This is NOT remanufacturing, this is rebuilding. BIG difference. Hello This is a COMPLAINT ! I ordered 18B-4956./caliper and bracket $100 to include core $38.00 I received the brake caliper and BRACKET. Upon install it was determined by CARDONE the bracket was mis shipped to RockAuto then to me. WRONG BRACKET ! I called Cardone to confirm it was an error on Cardone. They agreed. I requested a warranty return and paid $15.00 due to an error on the reman company. I have been tring to get info from them on their parts for a week. They keep blaming IT. Seem nice on the phone but how do you run a business if the system they count on doesn't work. BTW still no call ( I called everyday for 3 day an gave them a email days ago) .

I purchased a part for $92 when competitors offered for $67.00 however, Cardone offered a core refund if I send them my old part. They took my part through Parts Avatar but did not give me the refund that was promised. A business is only as good as its word. I’ll chalk this up as a lesson from a shady company.
