Just replaced a steering rack yesterday with one from Cardone. Have to do it again today with one from a different supplier. CARDONE should be Car done as in finished, junk. The rack is done right out of the gate. Heard a pop while driving, followed by rattling from passenger side while turning. There's a lot of bad reviews for Cardone as seems there should be and here's another
I am a supplier for Cardone and have not been paid for 3 invoices that are over 8 months old. Their terms are net 30 days. They do not return voicemails or emails. I would strongly advise to get cash in advance when dealing with them.
Brake calipers failed within warranty stated on the website but Cardone and RockAuto have no interest in resolving the issue. Customer support stated that covering their warranty is not their responsibility.
