As of this date, 7/23/2018 they appear to be out of business. They installed a minisplit ac system in our house 1 year ago, which now needs to be serviced due to some moisture dripping from the unit. Their web-site is no longer working, listed telephone number is not being answered and there is no option to leave a message, and emails sent to the owner are not being returned.
I contacted Cardom with a problem with my evaporative cooler and was treated with courtesy by the office staff. The technician did not come when he was scheduled and it took a little while for him to arrive but once he came I was very impressed with him. He took video of the motor to illustrate exactly what the problem was. He worked quickly to get the problem resolved. He explained what was needed and what it would cost.
