Blown away! Superb customer experience. I had some warranty work done at CarDoc and the Warranty company would not pay for my battery, which was depleted due to a failing alternator. I told the folks at CarDoc that I would just install a new one myself; they did not need to worry about it. When I picked up the car, a new battery was already installed at no cost to me. They actually called Auto Zone, confirmed I had a warranty on the existing battery, and replaced it with one covered by the Auto Zone warranty. Way above and b... read more
