Blown away! Superb customer experience. I had some warranty work done at CarDoc and the Warranty company would not pay for my battery, which was depleted due to a failing alternator. I told the folks at CarDoc that I would just install a new one myself; they did not need to worry about it. When I picked up the car, a new battery was already installed at no cost to me. 7 mos ago I had work done on my car and the part was under warranty for 2 yrs. But the new management will not honor the work, they wanted me to pay again, Wally the manager was easy to talk to who was there at the time, and easy to work with. Now the new management will give you the run around, will not return calls will make and appt. for you to come in for the work but get there and the shop isn't open?
