Brette the Echo tech was very quick, efficient and considerate specially in handling someone who was mostly wheelchair bound due to left side weakness. He made sure that getting into position for the procedure was comfortable for the patient. Was very polite and respectful.
I can’t thank the team at Cardiovascular Institute enough for the care they’ve given me. Before I was referred to them, i had been bounced around to doctors for years. I was living in constant pain, pushing my body and feeling hopeless that I would have to keep getting sicker before someone figured out what was wrong. From the first day these women have been outstanding in the care and concern for each patient myself and others I’ve seen them work with. Ana front desk is simply the best. The Ultrasound Tech Brett I believe his name was. Was extremely rude. He got upset that I wanted a female Tech for my heart ultrasound he told me to undress very inappropriately. The staff seems friendly but isnt efficient. Scheduled me for a heart echo. I came in and no provider was in the office. Nobody reached out to me to reschedule. So I wasted gas that day. I ended up having to cancel several appointments. And establishing care with a completely different cardiologist. I just didn't feel comfortable continuing care.
