Constant cancelation and rescheduling of appointments. Completely disorganized and absolutely unprofessional. Was kept waiting for over half an hour before a 9am appointment. Couldn't figure out what room to put me in to undress. Constant gossip amongst the technicians and staff in Spanish. Unwilling to answer my questions about the procedure. Not at all trauma informed, and in addition no one explained what they were doing to me as they did it so I had a panic attack. Was told to get dressed in a dirty bathroom after I just... read more
Staff was super nice, quick, and efficient. I especially liked Janeth, who helped with placement of the heart monitor. From one Janet to another, Janeth style!
The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Been a patient for 7 years. Good at getting me in when needed at both cardio and vein clinic.
0 stars! Unreliable and unprofessional. Disappointing and disorganized. Constant appointment reschedules and total lack of follow-through. I never received a call back from the provider despite following up. Terrible patient service.
Priscilla was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining everythingto me, I'm grateful.
