I can’t thank the team at Cardiovascular Institute enough for the care they’ve given me. Before I was referred to them, i had been bounced around to doctors for years. I was living in constant pain, pushing my body and feeling hopeless that I would have to keep getting sicker before someone figured out what was wrong. The Ultrasound Tech Brett I believe his name was. Was extremely rude. He got upset that I wanted a female Tech for my heart ultrasound he told me to undress very inappropriately. The staff seems friendly but isnt efficient. Scheduled me for a heart echo. I came in and no provider was in the office. Nobody reached out to me to reschedule. So I wasted gas that day. I ended up having to cancel several appointments. And establishing care with a completely different cardiologist. I just didn't feel comfortable continuing care.
I’ve been waiting to see this doctor since Jan 2026 and she just reschedules and reschedules. Now it’s gonna be a may and no visits yet. She always calls the last minute and schedules you out for a month. They suck. From Patricia Fulgencio. No shame in saying the truth
