I could not be more relieved that my father moved on from the cardiologist at this clinic and found someone actually capable of managing care. Dr. O'Toole performed a heart Cath on me and at that time it was determined I needed a stent placed. Because the artery involved had an unusual bend in it Dr. O'Toole told me, after over an hour of trying to place the stent unsuccessfully, that I may be looking at open heart surgery. But Dr. O'Toole, his assistant Jill and the entire team were determined to place the stent. To put it shortly: I feel like I don't matter to this office. I feel as if I'm a walking and talking dollar sign. I'm a 25 year old with an extensive health history and out of all the medical specialist offices I've been to, this has been the most unprofessional.
