On my way to the appointment they tell me they’ve moved offices. Once I arrive at this other place already weirded they have my order with all my information sitting on the counter. they try to tell me I owe a $400 copay when I verified with my insurance twice it was covered 100% and the man starts yelling at me that I don’t understand and he’s been doing this for 33 years. After I take the fax he has from my insurance he was pointing to a line about Prescription benefits. Something is off at this place be cautious
